If you are thinking about having some counselling as an individual or a couple, I suggest that we arrange a free 30 minute introductory session, which gives us a chance to talk about how counselling may be able to help you and see if we would feel comfortable working together.

At the end of that session you can either book some more sessions with me, or take some time to decide what you would like to do.  You may wish to see a number of counsellors for a first session, to see who you would feel comfortable in working with, so it is important to state that if you book a free 30 minute session with me and are under no obligation to book any further sessions.

I also offer a free 30 minute introductory session to all new supervisees.
