My counselling practice - practical info

For online sessions

Once we have agreed a day and time to meet online I will send you an e-mail with a link to an online meeting room.  The technology is quite easy to set up and use and I am happy to help you with this part too.

The days and times I work are:

Monday -  morning/afternoon
Tuesday - morning/afternoon

Wednesday -  morning/afternoon
Thursday - morning/afternoon

My availability does vary, so please contact me to find out what sessions are currently free.  When contacting me it is really helpful if you let me know which days/times would be suitable for you.

Counselling Fees per 1 hour (50 min session) - Face to face and online

Standard Rate £50
Relationship/Couple Counselling £70
Student Counsellor
 £40
Reduced Rate £30-£40 - Reduced rate spaces are limited- please let me know if you are looking for reduced rate slot when you first contact me. Thank you.

If you are thinking about having some counselling as an individual or a couple, I suggest that we arrange a free 30 minute introductory session, which gives us a chance to talk about how counselling may be able to help you and see if we would feel comfortable working together.

At the end of that session you can either book some more sessions with me, or take some time to decide what you would like to do.  You may wish to see a number of counsellors for a first session, to see who you would feel comfortable in working with, so it is important to state that if you book a free 30 minute session with me and are under no obligation to book any further sessions.
